General Information

We ship Monday through Friday and most orders received by 3 PM EST will ship that same day. If an order is received over the weekend, it will ship the following business day. We may provide you with a tracking number once the package leaves our US warehouse and it may be sent to you within 48 hours.

Please allow 3-4 business days or more for your package to arrive. 

All orders are subject to and delays. 

United States Shipping

We ship to the entire continental United States, but please allow up to 4 extra days for orders to Hawaii or Alaska. Most packages will ship via UPS but depending on your location, the local post office may make the final delivery to your home. In some cases for expedited shipping and international orders, delivery will be carried out via DHL. 

International Shipping

We ship to all of the countries listed in the drop-down menu you see during checkout. In most cases, shipping takes anywhere from 6-12 days or longer. International shipping costs will be calculated at purchase.

Exceptions are local customs hold-ups. In this case, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact local customs and pay any taxes or tariffs your country levies. 1775 Coffee Co. has no control over customs in the recipient's country. It is also the responsibility of each customer to research local customs rules, and whether your country permits the shipment of our products. We cannot issue refunds if packages are held up in customs.
